domain WM name

What would be the resale / end user value of following name undeveloped or with development?

The Domain is : WM Realm.com (Without space)

How much do you think it is worth with the website?

I like the name, very nice and the website has great content but it doesn't look really professional - has some great scripts and articles though. I would say, right now with the website it could go for mid $xx+, get some traffic to the site and have people using it on a regular basis and it could be much more.
