Basing it on the concept of "Wii Magnet" that you seem to be using, its worthless without development in my opinion, you need to give people a reason to buy into a concept other than that fact it fits with a domain name.

When I look at it, I think of a Wii Magazine, seeing as I never read into the domain name as being part of a websites title (with the exception being .info) - for reselling, i'd say maybe reg fee-low XX at the most... with development it could be worth a lot more, however it would definately need to be approached as an e-zine or something of that nature.

As far as Wii domains go, there are a small number that will attract type-in traffic without development - those are the ones that are most likely to do better with resellers, such as wiigames, wiiforum, nintendowii.net/info/co.uk etc etc.. as far as the others go, i'd say development all the way unless you can find a specific end-user who wishes to develop it themselves.

Just my opinion
