hi,

not meaning to start any wars here by any means....but i'm starting to notice a trend here in the states, a trend that could explain why things in this country will never ever change.

For one thing, the government hates hates hates political and religious organizations that is a threat to the status quo and cannot control. Furthermore, they will do what ever they can to 'neuter' the organization so that the status quo is maintained.

we all think that this november is about change, that it's Obama vs McCain, Republican vs Democrat. but in all honesty, these two main political systems are controlled by the same master. They might fight infront of the cameras during the day, but then drink and party together at night.

The media trust to divide the country with this notion of differences in the political system....to make us think that we have a choice. They divide us and label us....conservative, liberal, independent, and so on...

But imo, the system is like a funnel....to the outside observer, the choices and freedom in this country seem large, but upon further examination every 'choice' are all one in the same.

True change will never happen. The gov will squash it before it gets the chance. Whether it is in this country or outside our country.

How can true change be destroyed? IMO, change is destroyed through fear and accusations.

I'll give you examples of exactly what I mean later.

I personally never understood why in the US there are only 2 parties, when all over the world there are allways 3-4 major parties plus some more smaller ones.

It's impossible that in a country of 300 million there are only 2 political philosophies.

Either the US is right and the rest of the world is wrong or vice-versa.
