Thans, but it didn't work. I can go to google and type in paypal, and none of the search results will get to Google either.

You should try to clear the cookies from your web browser. Close the browser, and then open a new one.

If you have a firewall disable it and then try again... but do not login to paypal with out your firewall on...

If maybe you have the site blocked in your firewall setting and if that is the cause just allow your firewall to access that site...

Paypal is working for me.
