3dprinter have 5 times more searches than 3dprinters
but i did heard (from domainsherpa interview with andrew rosener) that it's always better to go with the plural version because eventually it is easier to get rank on google from seo perspective

my question is not which one will be easier to sell,
but which one should get higher price for a end user?

From the sales that I have completed to end users, the plural version is usually better. For example, computers dot com would be more valuable than computer dot com to an end user

I wholeheartedly agree. All of the 'research' over the last five years also agrees. If you could slip over to Brand Bucket and attempt to enlighten them LordMomo it would be greatly appreciated.

i_name_names, If you plan to develop always secure both singular and plural, I realise you know this, it just needs to be said for those who don't. I plan to create a challenge to the burger industry one day here in Australia with BarraBurger.com (fish burger, Barramundi) for example. It may only work in Australia and South Asia, but I made sure I secured the plural BarraBurgers.com as well. Always buy both Singular and Plural even if you plan to Flip them.

first of all thank's you for sharing your experience !!!
if you and this "rosner dude" both came to the same conclusion thats does mine something.

but let me show you some more detalis...

Avg. monthly searches
3d printer 100K – 1M
3d printers 10K – 100K

that a huge diffrence... dont you think the EMD can make a diffrence?
(i am taking only on this particular keyword)

Every case is different, but in this case the plural is best.
