I'm planning to develop a website if my spare time allow me that!
It's maybe morbid ,but when you think about that....not bad idea at all....

Developed it could be comical and get a lot of hits with the right material. As far as resale value at this point... I would say reg fee. But don't get discouraged, develop it, and then try selling it.
