I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but attending many of the different domain name forums, I noticed one very peculiar problem at NamePros.com. Whenever I subscribe to a thread, it eventually "removes" itself from my subscription box.

If I've JUST posted, or subscribed, its RIGHT there. After a day... its GONE. Almost if the subscription had been automatically deleted or something. Makes the whole experience feel disfunctional and dissappointing.

What's up with that?

No amount of "View All Subscribed Threads", or "View Since the beginning", etc, changes help the situation. It's just GONE.

These lines I'm typing now are a modification to this post, and as I check, this post appears in my Control Panel area under "subscribed threads". Now, if I click "View ALL Subscribed threads", it shows an EMPTY list. The sentence there reads: "There have been no new posts in the last 1000 days to your subscribed threads." Within the last 1000 days should return any post, as it should count the first post. Even when there are replies, I have to resort to "search" to find things again.

Thanks,

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

Strange, I'll try to get to the bottom of this. Just subscribed to this thread.

Yeah, I subscribed to the thread we had in the private section about the charity and it would send me one email and then that was it.

I noticed this as well. In fact in my case it wasn't only the subscribed threads but my PM's as well... that is, the first few times I get an email alert whenever someone PMs me and now (after no changes made in my cp), nada.

Good luck on the fix.

Yeah, hope my post didn't sound too whiney. I let the issue go until it has bugged the hell out of me.

Thanks for looking into it.
