I'd also like to know how Uniregistry determines what a broker does and what a specialist does.

Just wanted to know, why the domain wasn't assigned to a broker but to a specialist.

if neither gets the names sold, then does it really matter?

and if it gets sold, then does it matter who sold it?

imo...

Broker = people who has no money - Broke
Specialist = People who think they know something but they are not sure

The best would be to ask them what the difference is ?

PS: a domainer once said: a broker is called as such because he's 'broker' than you are :)

There are 24 domain brokers and only 3 domain specialists. I think you start off as a specialist and then graduate into a broker as you gain more experience. Based on the headshots it seems like the specialists are barely twenty something and everyone else is clearly older. I think it's based off experience.

To me I dunno about them but a broker handles mainly sales of domains and buying and a specialist handles knowledge of the industry and domains.
