Well, I hate to disagree with established forum posters/appraisers , but...

I agree with those who say take $100 for this name. If you are offered $13000, then please explain why you didn't take that nice sum of money. There are names that I personally like better on the unreg'd lists. Not trying to be negative here, just wondering about the reasons for the high offer/appraisals.
