You could develop a site with web tutorials, such as web design, programming and this kind of stuff. If you don`t have the time or knowledge to make the tutorials yourself, you could just put links and description to other site`s tutorials

Exactly, I ran a PHP tutorial site a few years ago and it did great in Google listings and not too shabby on adsense ads and also Amazon ads for related books.

I think the best idea would be to create some sort of tutorial site which sources tutorials from other large indexes.

1. if it offer what the users want
2. you have to get the traffic built up and lots of inward links that people will see.
3. you need good SEO urls, so each individual listing show up on Google.

Then and only then can you reach your goal. Just about anysite can make serious $$$, but if nobody sees the site or if the site annoys them and they leave, then you make no $$$.
