What is this script?

I have noticed that this script is added to every web page on my websites by 2
different server companies. It lies between <head> and </head>.
On checking other Namepros websites in the website review thread,
I also find it there. I believe that this script is added only when the web page
is displayed by the server as the size of my original webpage and the same webpage
on the server is the same. Does anybody know what this script does?

Do you find this code only on your website or other websites as well?
Are you using Hughesnet or something similar? It might be the cause.

I am using Dish Net, which used to be Hughes Net.
It never occurred to me that my ISP was adding this code.
I assumed it was my server company, Hostgator and Site5, both of which I use.
Do you know what this code does and why Dish adds this code?

So it is probably the ISP.
I don't know for sure, but it seems to be some kind of a logger.
From a brief look, it seems to send the load time of the web page to a local server at this ip: 1.2.3.4
