How is it different from web hosting?
I went to this site
www.sigstorage.com and uploaded one image and
it disappeared
Can anyone tell me some good image hosting sites and all the features an image hosting script has

The difference between image hosting and web hosting is that image hosting restricts you to upload image files whereas web hosting allows you build your home page, upload web pages, run scripts, etc. :tu:

I know nothing about image hosting script sorry~ :p

Image Hosting is usually just a Quick Service used to host Images with a File Size Limit.

OK But why a different concept of image hosting when there is already web hosing
And why is it popular with ebay?

Because alot of people dont have sites so they dont need web Hosting. They just need their Images hosted for Ebay or for avatars or sigs etc.
