To be completly honest, its kinda boring to me..perhapd a new banner would be better.. the bottom half looks great.

Hey,

It's not boring at all. I think that the site's main objective is to present information and it does it really well :imho: . Looks good & simple. Easy on the eyes ( the most important thing ). Easy to navigate and use.

Overall it's a good site with a nice feel to it. I would suggest improving your background.

Well, it looks just fine for me. Its very nice, though try to add some styles to font. Different colors, so on...
