I just had a new banner made for my site and I am wondering what you all think here it is:

What do you all think? You like it?

I'd say it's pretty usual, looks good but nothing special. The big red "click here" text may not be the best choice because users today easily ignore everything with "click here".

The flashing alone makes me want to block it right away.

Looks pretty simple. The two big spots on the right side don't look good at all and the 'click here' below on right hand is useless as one can already see a big flashing red colored 'click here'.
