What are everyones thoughts on Free Valuator?

I know using automated appraisal sites aren't ideal and more for using as another data point or at least a starting point. I have been wondering if people use Free Valuator and what do people think of it? Just had a domain i bought came up of high value. One person told me it could be of high value, one said none at all. I don't see much thoughts or reviews on it when I first found it.
