west coastsyrfing.com could fetch $XXX if sold or developed into a store for west coast surfers.

SDBeauty.com is a harder sell because it's so regionalized but $XX if you can find a dating site for the San Diego area

Pacificbeachrental.net could fetch $XXX if you find a realestate agent that specializes in the area.

legalserviceonline.com is long but easy to remember term I say Mid $XX

legalbusinessdirectory.com Low $XX but I would bundle it with
legalserviceonline.com to get the most out of it.
