not sure...something about "tigers" or a touristy type site.

bengal for some reasons bring "tigers & maharajss" to my mind.

run a site for a "ex-maharaja and his Palace hotel"

Perhaps majority of domainers don't even know where the 'East Bengal' is..!!! (Yes, East Bengal is now 'Bangladesh').
West bengal is vast area having great history and now great future. This name can be developed as nice portal about 'Bengal'.
(To redhippo... West Bengal didn't have much well known maharajs.... majority of them came from Northern, Central & Suthern India.)

welcome...!! and please don't just get away with others' statements. 'West Bengal' (when typed separetely without hyphen) gives about 483,000 entries at Google including sites like 'westbengaltourism.com' and 'westbengalgovt.org' etc. etc. Just visit some of those and I'm sure after visiting some websites you'll giveup the idea to sell it and go for development.
