I am selling www.mustseeauctions.com, it is a weird auctions site started at the end of January. It makes about $30 per month. I have used the following for revenue:

Free ringtone offers
Google
AFF
Ebay Affiliate
Ive auctioned ad space off on ebay
Selling featured auctions for .50 per day
Zango Cash

I have revenue proof for everything. The site gets around 35 to uniques a day when it is updated daily. You will never have to advertise unless you want to.

Auction starts at $125

Let me know if you want to see revenue proof.

I bought this site and paid - seller hasn't been able (or willing) to push the domain, stating his registrar's backend doesn't allow him to.

I then asked him to unlock the domain so I can request an out transfer, which I did (several times), without success. Each attempt was refused.

I have therefore requested a refund since he is not able or willing to deliver the domain.

Sorry to hear about that kokopelli, I had a similar experience as stated above.

You never asked for a refund you just filed a complaint with paypal like I am trying to cheat you.

How did you have a similar experience if you never bought the site? Mind your business scrub.

Scrub? I think you're the one that deserves to be called names. This IS my business since you tried to scam me once before. I think it's a service to the community to call out people like you. How come you said the site was sold when it wasn't? I think that's pretty lame. If you set an auction then honor it. Your reputation preceeds you.

The site was sold the seller disappeared and I kept it. Just because he backed out didn't mean I had to sell to you. It is my site and I sell it when I want to. And what does this transaction even have to do with you, get off my wood and go find something to do.

I asked for a refund, and so far you haven't made it (it's very easy, just press the litle Refund button in PayPal), neither have you been willing (or able) to push the domain or effect its transfer.

I also think you misrepresented the facts in this sale because it is clear that you would never have been able to deliver this domain since it is tied to your hosting account at BlueHost.com, which you would have to cancel (and maybe pay them something) in order to get control of the domain.

So, hell yes, I'm thinking you're trying to scam me! I have therefore escalated this to a formal claim at PayPal.

How am I trying to scam you, I answered every PM and email right away and attempted to transfer the domain minutes after you paid.

This domain is not tied to my hosting account I have transfered at least 3 domains away from bluehost this year the most recent one being 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Also you never asked me for a refund you filed a complaint making all these dumb accusations when you could have PM'ed me and got your money in like 10 minutes but you decided to filed a complaint so I will let paypal take their 1 or 2 months to investigate and send the money back to you.

Also you keep saying stuff and don't know what you are talking about, I would have to pay to get control of the domain, how? I own the domain, bluehost doesn't own it. I would have to pay money to cancel my hosting? Did you make that up too? Why would I cancel my hosting when I have like 3 more sites on that account? You need to learn to shut up or ask questions instead of jumping to conclusions. Right now you are just making stuff up.

I'm not going to get into an "I-said, you-said" childish argument with you.

It is actually really simple: I paid, you failed or refused to deliver the domain (I even paid my Registrar for an out-transfer and requested same several times), I want my money back, you're refusing a refund.

Continue with your unreasonable refusal of my refund and see how much street cred it buys you here at NP and how many people will in future not do business with you when they read this thread ...

It is not a he said she said, it is a you say but don't know.

Bottom line is this you never asked me for a refund BEFORE filing a complaint. You act like you asked me for a refund and I said no. I came home last night and saw a email from paypal. I checked my PM to see if you had contacted me first to ask for a refund before filing but you did not.

I am pissed that you would make stupid comments in this thread AND file a complaint BEFORE asking for your money. Who does that?

Go have a great day with your phantom buyer, all of your phantom friends, and your "wood". You have a lot to learn about doing business.

Your little "Warning" thread was deleted .... #1 - You never asked to post it from the staff or forum leaders. #2 - It was not warranted.

If the domain could not be pushed or transferred - The problems with the registrar Still lie on your shoulders ..... Not the buyers ......

dreday .... Warning issued now for your Abuse of Trader Ratings .... If I See it again , I'll just close you down.

As I've already said , The problems with this transaction were yours - The buyer can not be held responsible for YOUR choice of registrar.

Regardless of who is at fault, one thing I do agree with dreday12 about is that kokopelli should have requested a refund first before initiating the dispute through PayPal. Only if a refund request is refused or ignored should an official PayPal dispute be filed.

kokopelli, keep this in mind if you do further business here.

As far as I was told .... and was posted in this thread - A refund was asked for .....

A push could not be handled by the seller - and the Transfer requests were denied .....

I'm now receiving PM's from the seller -

First stating "You're committing Suicide"

the last simply states "Suicide"

As far as I'm concerned - It's a childish attempt at a threat .......
