I am going to approach a few people concerning this Domain and was wondering what would be a fair price to sell it at.

.net is fine for a "network".. in this case a website template network.. i'de reg it if I found it on a drop list for sure.

I actually bought this one, the most I've ever paid for a Domain, $35.

I would be willing to offer upto 50% commission, based on the final sale price. If anyone thinks they can sell one of my names, shoot me a PM and we'll work out the details on an individual basis.
