Website Value - This could turn out really well

I just checked the value of my website at MonsterCalc.com

They value my website at a little bit over $4000 :lala: I assume this tool cannot be precize and correct and this is more for fun?

How to determine my value the right way? I might want to sell if its worth something by now

Lol our website costs $8,811 :D. Not precise I think , but it's really cool!
