Just curious what your goal is? Are you trying to get stats yourself or show stats to prospective buyers? Because the data in those widgets is overall meaningless - they're primarily a way for the "service" to get backlinks to themselves.

Hey there,

My client has web directory and the goal is to show these widgets on submitted links profiles to get fast basic impression about the website and it's worth.

I know they look spammy, but that is what my client wants...

Got it. (I argue with clients when they want things like that ;)!)

Afraid nothing comes to mind that I can recommend, Avoid Sitemeter - I think that only shows the number of visits anyway, but it also dumps a big pile of tracking cookies/adware/spyware on your visitors. You might want to check for that in whatever widget you go with. You might also want to consider dropping a "rel=nofollow" on the link to the service site if seems spammy (unless the T&C specifically disallow it)
