Website purchase host upload and activate

I am fairly new to web development and recently bought my first site from an online user. The domain has been forwarded to me and i have set the name servers to my hosting provider. The files for the site have been sent to me as zip files and i have them on my computer. I need detailed instructions on what i have to do to get the files into my hosting acct and set them up as a website.
