Also I would like this project to be done using an existing script. This way it would be easier and less costly to develop. PHPBBAuction S seems like a good starting point. Its an opensource script with a lot of the features I would need already built in. It would just need to be modified to be like tradezor.com with my differences. Also the person I would hire would have as much time needed to complete the project. So I would like the price for the job to reflect that it can be based on another script and that the project has no deadline.
