I'm thinking about selling one my sites and thought i would post here to see what people think its worth

The site is AffiliateIndex.net . According to Alexa the traffic Rank for affiliateindex.net is 904,995.
Webalizer stats are Here. The only promotion i have done was posting it on NamePro's and some other forum.

Not much. There is not much content there and similar scripts can be found anywhere and thrown on to commercial templates. Can make a similar site pretty easily. $40 for domain + site.
