The content on the site is all coming from youtube.com How the script works is it searches youtube for any new videos based on the keyword in the config file, which in this case is 'cpanel'. If a new video is available, it is added to the site.
So in essence, the content is on youtube, therefore not unique. What is unique however, is that all the videos are in one place, saving a visitor from having to search for videos, whereby they can have them all on one website, being cpanelhelp.info
