This is one of the domains where I look at it, know everyone is going to say regfee, but also know that isn't correct. You can probably do well developing this - I don't know if you'll find an end user or not, but you can make a good little minisite/develop this.

My opinion on this one? Forget the appraisal, drive traffic to it and make some revenue from it that way. Nice name to develop.

If you really want a value, low $xx as is.
