I know .BZ haven't yet picked up in the market, but the keyword 'Webmasters' is highly reputed and rich.

May be i should start developing it and wait for sometime.

What if i wanna sell it now, how much could i expect?

IMO

.bz extension is not so extensive but, still the domain name has lot of reach. The TLD does not affect its value. So, easily you can get high xx$ to low xxx$.

I am thinking of developing it into a webmaster blog or forum.
Lets wait and watch a few more months; if the .BZ picks up its my lottery, if not at least I'll get some good amount for the keyword.

But yes, develop it and get some page rank and some low alexa.
Whether .bz picks up or dies out, with the above you have some good bargaining chips to sell it.
Of course, you would have to find a buyer to purchase it above reg fee.
No problem if you ave the above to show.

I am more interested in developing a forum but not like the typical webmaster forums.

dont think there are many webmasters in belize so dont base it on GEO location, but if you must take a look at belize-forums.com

for a generic forum, something like webmaster-talk.com

just for the keyword and cause BZ could be a BIZ alias, I would say $1XX+
