Good domain, but not developed it woul dnot be worth more than XXX IMO. Also, you have to take into consideration that if it were developed, the plural version of the domain becomes and issue as most people (I believe) would type in the singluar (forum) in a domain for this word. However, if you develop it and aslo grow it, it may then be worth X,XXX to XX,XXX depending on its popularity, content, and future outlook.
