Webmaster vs Surfer traffic !?!?

I consider myself pretty good with SEO ( only do my own sites )
also play around with adwords and get some good results, however
those are mostly targeted to get Surfer traffic and my new project is
targeted at webmasters !
Any suggestions on how to get and target webmasters are very welcome
being a webmaster myself i know how hard it is to get my attention!

Look for many webmaster forums (such as this one) that offer banner ad placement or text links. Most of them do. Try to find one that isn't too popular yet, but looks like it has quite a bit of potential and is growing slowly. Remember, a dead giveaway of fake traffic is when they show stats that they are getting 5k uniques a day, but only 3 people are making posts.
