Reg. fee+/- (unless you plan on developing it, I would advise not to renew it), IMHO.
Depends on why (and what your plans were for it) you registered it to begin with ... I would imagine. :gl:

Why renew it, have you looked for alternative avail. Domains which might be more catchy/better for your project? At least this way you might find a name that would have value to someone else if your dev. plans dont work out, as I see it you would have 2 years worth of fees invested in this value-less name.
