I registered it eitherApril or May of this year. It's developed (all scripted & designed by myself except for forums.) Last months stats were 8000 unique visitors and 50,000.

The domain by itself is pretty worthless IMO. It is hard to tell you the value of your site without knowing how much monthly revenue the site makes.

It looks like you have done a good job developing the site though, good work.
