Ababa Speed Test Applet is a MINI java applet allowing you to test your download and upload connection speed from your location to the server hosting the applet. The applet tests your connection by going through a number of speed checks. Using this applet, you can achieve accurate speed test result than using a web-page speed test script. The applet also has a progress meter showing how long it would take until the speed test is completed. If you are a web host, this would be a handy tool because customers always request for ping / download speed test.
