What program is best for designing the site? I used Macromedia Fireworks, but i dont like it anymore. I need something to develop the dynamic graphic, know what i mean?

Something easy-to-use, but professional... Any suggestions?

If you mean dynamic as in changing and moving graphics then you're probably thinking of Flash.

If you're using to Macromedia then consider Fireworks, Flash and Dreamweaver (web design). They make a nice combo.

If you just want to worry about graphics then considering using a free CMS like XOOPs or NucleusCMS.
