I think this is on topic, if not forgive me.
This is a message for anyone and everyone who knows nothing about Web Design etc.. It is not supposed to condone any promises made by developers and is only to prove why some of the costs involved with development are so high depending on the situation of the company, the number of staff working on a project etc..
Please keep in mind that many if not all developers start with pre-formatted templates for WP builds and other framework templates. On average it takes a great experienced web guy, considering he is also doing graphics etc, at least 5-10+ hours to complete a site.
I am not debating the delivery promises made or any other issues victims may have claimed.
If you shop around for these services you will see they vary greatly. Dependability is a crap shoot.
