Hello, I am looking to sell my website BlackDragon-Studios

It currently has 22 tutorials in 3 categories. A few downloads and affiliates.

This comes with the sites Content Management System, although ugly in the panel, it works quite well.

The news/affiliates/tutorials/downloads are all custom php/mysql driven.

It comes with 6 months of hosting and domain usage left.

It is Globat hosting,
2.5GB storage
75GB of monthly transfer
Unlimited mySQL databases
PHP/Perl enabled
2500 email addresses

The reason why I am looking to sell is because I simply have no time to update it anymore, and I am in need of some quick cash.

The amount I am looking for is variable. Minimum I am wishing to get from this is 150$ for everything, as the hosting alone is worth 50$

Is the content management system your own works?

I am interested in the site as a whole but not the hosting.

Yes, it is all custom by me.

By the way, I made another much more efficiently coded and better CMS for Version 3 which was never released. The tutorials are not in the database yet, but anywho I could finish that off and implement it if the right offer was made.

Improvements over current CMS:
-Affiliates now in/out hits
-instead of many many files I only use one for each category (ie tutorials/downloads/etc...)
-Admin panel better looking and much more efficiently coded into one large file

Free forum installation if buyer wishes.
