Wanted - Free host?

I was wondering does anyone know of/or can anyone offer free hosting?

basically i need
100mb space
1GB bandwidth
1 ftp
1 email
1 mysql
(preferablly cpanel or similar)
no ads (but i can display my own)

i have my own domain name

eventually if i find my website does do ok i will probably pay for hosting and probably with the person that hosts me as that that is bare minimum of what i need just for start up purposes.

thanks for that but i need atleast 1 mysql database for phpbb which they dont offer
