I sincerely hope you do, and don't just think like most newcomers (myself and others previous included) and think along the lines of "Meh, what do these turkeys know? Sure they're making money and have experience, but they're too busy concentrating on .com etc while we're all proving them wrong with these other gems".

Answer the question yourself, simply look at sales (like NameBio.com and DNJournal) and you can see what is selling, for what price. That is the market and so values within the sales are actual values, it's all there to be found, just gotta accept the learning curve, mistakes cost as little as possible, and put in the hours as there's no get rich quick
