Well this was a started project that I left on the wayside. I just took a peek and decided to place it for sale. The site is unique and custom coded by me. The site is php with an installed phpbb forums. I never promoted the site even in 1 place. So traffic is very so-so. Remember this is with zero promotion...not even a link from another of my sites!

There is the google ads but since traffic is so low...well..you get the point. The few clicks that I did get seemed to be worth almost $1 each though.
I started the site because I am aware of the value of the keyword VOIP. But I never finished the project.
The site articles are from wikipedia. I may have made slight changes to them but it's where I originally did my research. The site is easy to manage. The elements are php includes. There is a css stylesheet and 4 includes...header, footer, left, and right. Then each page is a php page. It's easy to make changes or new pages.
I am not looking for much. I think a $100 starting price with a $200 buy it now is reasonable. If the site had a decent push to it via some links I am sure the adsense would pay off well enough. If I don't get my price then I will do the work myself and hopefully get the stats better and sell for more later.
