Virtual Pet site graphics needed

I am working on a new virtual pet site, called GhettoPets.com, it will be a neopets meets ghettopoly type site. Anyways I need a few pets to start out, I'm looking for 4-6 original pets designed for me, and the must have some ghettoness to them. Please let me know what something like this will cost if you can do it.

Seems like a nice idea, I guess. What exactly is neopets? I've heard of it before but don't know anything other then that they are virtual pets.
