With the raise of blogs like ViralNova.com, anyone thinks ViralFood.com has any value ? Maybe to the food blogger?

As a domain name I don't like these two words together... So, I would say, if you find the right end user, you might get mid $xx.
However, if you develop it, it will increase in value.

In terms of food, yes. Viral food automatically makes me think of food poisoning. As suggested developing it and branding it into what you want it to be would be your best bet.
