I believe it's in reg fee unless you create a dating site for it. If you have vnsingles.vn or vnsingle.vn then must be some value.

not a problem. True, that site is kind of one of popular site for viet dating. So you must create a dating site in order to bring up a value of your domain, if not then I'm worry the *.in will hurt the name a bit too since in Vietnam they don't use *.in ext., they do have their own .com.vn or .vn. However, I currently do owned " vietnamese.in " which this is much more value in somehow and again, without a full create site, it's still not that value.

I am a bit confused , the domain is not a .in but

vietnamsingle . vn

Dont know if that makes much difference

Looking at .vn past sales indicates no value without development for me.
