interested in the fb fist wp plugin, how does that work exactly? does it allow you to capture fb user's information?

In short though, yes, it gives you access to the users relationship status, favorite books, movies, name, age, sex, etc. You can also plug in aweber to the script and people automatically get added to your aweber list.

Scripteen issue

I wish came across this forum before i bought a script from scripteen.com.

I just want to know.. how do i go about contacting the site? i've raised and sent support tickets, e-mails and even tried to call them.

I've heard a few say to dispute this? can anyone give me any advice for doing this via paypal? is it worth doing?

Scripteen Support is Nonexistent

This is just FYI - but I purchased 4 Scripteen Scripts and their support in nonexistent. I have posted a request for help over a week ago in their support ticket system and have not heard back from them. I posted a follow up and have not heard back from them.

I suggest highly that you do not invest in their scripts - they are buggy and support (which should be a priority to the customer who puts food on their table) is horrible.

I was out of town for a week and followed up with your support request when I returned, with no response back. Can't help you if you don't respond on the helpdesk.

I posted this helpdesk support ticket 3 weeks ago. You followed up after 2 weeks of my website being down. Not good.

You emailed me 3 weeks after I posted a request for help. You call that a helpdesk. I don't.

Forget it I am taking my business elsewhere. When you make scripts and sell them to the customer you should ALSO be there to support them in a 24 hour time-frame. Not 3 weeks later, what was it spring break?

This is how businesses are run - the customer comes first - I have asked for help on the forums (with no answer also), before you took the forum down and implemented a horrible help desk ticket system. Shape up or ship out.
