Not a bad domain, but could be a bit better if it was singular on veggies in my opinion. Might be of interest to someone starting a health / well being blog. Don't think it would be very brandable or if so would be to a very niche area If so. Estibot shows no value on it either, but being a .com you might be able to sell it for something in the low XXX or high XX . Wouldn't hurt to try and do a little outbound and see if anyone would be interested. Good luck.
