This site is a fully automated RSS site. You do nothing to update the content.
The layout is custom and unique...full exclusive rights to the buyer ($50 value at least). The site is very new and never been promoted. Traffic and revenue don't exist because of this. However I think domain and layout have value enough for me to sell this. I am just trying to clear some items out of my rather bulky portfolio. Also the domain is cached in Google so it's ready for promotion.
The site is easily changed with php includes for header and footer. There is no SQL only straight php files.
