I saw this site http://vbskinworks.com/ and they have some good stuff. It is like $25 a year or so and you can choose from their templates. There is a Harry Potter forum under incentives using one.

Nope it is illegal but for every desired paid style there is always a free one that will do a good enough job but anyway I am surprised nobody mentioned extremepixels in here.
