priced Valid PR4 domain very cheap for fast sale

bothwaysbob.com is currently valid Google PR4 with and without the www. (verified at domainpagerank.com and sem-faq.com).

The domain originally dropped on 22nd Jan 2007 so has held it's PageRank since then and through the recent Google update even though it was unregistered

I am selling it to the first person to post :sold: for just $12 PayPal. The .net and .org are taken. This domain is registered with Moniker and has a full year on the registration.

PageRank may vary depending on where checked and especially with time. No warranty of any kind is offered on this domain, as these factors are beyond my control.
