Not bad at all, you have the pronounciation for 'venture' obviously, although with 'cha' you are adding some vibe and energy to the brand, like a rebel with a cause.

Aesthetically the name looks appealing too.

Hard to appraise a pure brandable of course, but a startup would be willing to acquire it for a standard amount $500 - $2000 if they like it.
