Let’s consider a new gTLD....guitars...just an example
Let’s say redguitars[.]com and red[.]guitars are taken.

Is it worth to register redguitars[.]guitars? You find the word guitars twice in this domain name. I don’t know how the search engines will work.

Will there be any value in a domain like abcdefxxxxxx[.]xxxxxx?

Don't know about SEO reasons, but for purely aesthetic reasons, I wouldn't register such a domain.

That domain is redundant, therefore low quality.
Especially if it's registered in a new extension.
