User Authentication and Membership Script

We are looking for a user authentication and membership script that is integrated with paypal.

We were using Guarddog V3.0. The company seems to have closed and the product is no longer supported. Although it suited our needs we are looking for something comparable.

Any suggestions????

Mall23 does that...but it might be a bit of overkill since it's a whole ecommerce deal and not just the membership. But it'll let you create account levels that are for pay -- initial fee and/or recurring fee and/or moderated accounts.

My partners and I are using it on Fun2Pic.com as the foundation for the whole site (not just the store part) since it's a members only site.
