Urgent Help Needed!

I have a CRE loaded osCommerce store I am having difficulty with. I have links set up in the header and footer, I just don't know how to incorporate them with the rest of the site design. They're just blank pages right now. I also need a drop down menu added on the left hand side entitled "Categories". I have all content to go on there, just need it set up and put in. Please help!!! This site is going to be going in a magazine soon and it needs to get done!
